A therapy group for moms with preschool aged children (0-5) that want to connect with other moms, learn new ways to cope with stress and overwhelm, and discuss modern day mom struggles.

(Evening group may be available if there is enough interest)

Cost: $50 per group ($350 if you pay in full)

*Group will be capped at 8 members
