Hi there, I'm Brittany!

I’m an empathetic and charismatic therapist with a passion for helping women in all stages of life! I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for women to explore their emotional and mental well-being.

I understand the unique challenges that women face in today's world. Whether it's navigating relationships, coping with life transitions, managing stress, or addressing issues related to self-esteem, body image, or motherhood, I am here to help. I believe in empowering women to tap into their inner strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and create positive changes in their lives.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, meaning I prioritize your needs and goals in our sessions. I utilize evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based approaches to help you gain insights, develop coping strategies, and create positive change. I also provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to express yourself freely, explore your thoughts and feelings, and work towards healing and growth.

I look forward to partnering with you on your journey towards self-care, self-discovery, and personal growth. Together, we can work towards creating a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Contact me today to schedule an appointment and take the first step towards your well-being.

More About Me as a Human

Outside of being a therapist I am a mom, sister, wife, friend, daughter, and lover of reality TV and Adam Sandler movies. I also enjoy spending time outside, checking out new restaurants, drinking too many iced coffees, and wearing overalls.

Why Her Space Therapy?

One thing that sets me apart as a therapist is my sense of humor. I believe that laughter can be a powerful tool in therapy, as it can help break down barriers, build rapport, and create a sense of connection. I use humor in a sensitive and appropriate way to help lighten the mood and create a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can feel free to express yourself without fear of being judged.

In addition to my sense of humor, I also bring creativity into my therapeutic approach. I understand that each person is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I incorporate various therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as art therapy, mindfulness, and narrative therapy, to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a creative and holistic way. This allows for deeper self-exploration, self-expression, and insight, which can lead to meaningful and lasting change.

My goal is to empower you to tap into your own inner resources, strengths, and resilience, and to help you discover new perspectives and possibilities for positive change.
